When you join an accountability circle, certain information is shared with other circle members:Your display name and profile photo
Daily intentions you choose to post
Your reactions to other members' postsImportant: Your individual task completion, goal progress details, and private execution data are NOT shared with circle members.
3.2 Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to support our operations:Firebase (Google): Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, analytics, and cloud functions.
RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing.
Apple: Authentication (Sign in with Apple) and in-app purchases.These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:Comply with legal obligations

6. Your Rights and ChoicesYou have the following rights regarding your information:Access and Update: You can view and edit your profile information, goals, and tasks within the App.
Delete Account: You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and irreversible.
Notification Preferences: You can control notification settings through Settings > Notifications.
Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
Leave Circles: You can leave any circle at any time, which will remove your access to that circle's content.
Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us at the email below.
7. Children's PrivacyZenko is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.8. International Data TransfersYour information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using Zenko, you consent to the transfer of your information to our servers and service providers located worldwide, including the United States.9. Third-Party LinksThe App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. To use Zenko, you must create an account using:Google Sign-In

All activities that occur under your account

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.4. User ConductYou agree to use Zenko responsibly and not to:Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Share content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with the App's operation or servers

5.2 Our Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
5.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.6. Privacy and DataYour privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Zenko, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Zenko offers both free and premium subscription options.7.2 Payment Processing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. All payments are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
7.3 Billing and RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You will be charged through your Apple App Store account
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings7.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have direct control over App Store refunds. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.
7.5 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. We will notify you of any pricing changes in advance.8. Accountability Circles8.1 Circle Guidelines
When participating in circles:Be respectful and supportive of other members
Keep shared information confidential
Do not share invite codes publicly or with unauthorized individuals
Only share appropriate, non-harmful content8.2 Circle ManagementCircle creators can remove members at their discretion
Members can leave circles at any time
We may remove circles or members that violate these Terms8.3 Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:Interactions between circle members
Content shared within circles
Disputes or conflicts arising from circle participation
The actions or conduct of other users9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability9.1 "As Is" Service
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components
Results from using the App will meet your expectations9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
14.4 Exceptions

15.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service failures.
15.6 Notices
We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
15.7 Export Controls

What are accountability circles?
Circles are small groups of 2-6 trusted people who support each other's goals. When you join a circle, members can see your daily intentions and react with emoji support. Your process stays private—they only see that you're showing up, not how you're doing it.Account & Profile

Yes! Zenko works perfectly as a solo goal tracker. Circles are optional but recommended—most users find they stick with goals longer when others are gently aware of their progress.
How do I delete my account?Go to Settings
Scroll to the bottom
Tap Delete Account

Why is there a limit on goals and tasks?
Research shows that focusing on fewer things leads to better completion rates. The 3-goal, 3-task limit isn't a restriction—it's a feature designed to help you finish what you start instead of drowning in endless lists.
What happens if I don't complete a task?
Nothing! There are no streaks to break, no penalties, no guilt trips. Zenko is designed for real life. If you don't complete a task, it simply doesn't get marked done. You can try again tomorrow or delete it if it's no longer relevant.
Can I pause a goal?
Yes! Sometimes life happens and you need to step back from a goal:Open the Goals tab
Tap on the goal you want to pause
Tap the ••• menu in the top right
Select Pause Goal
Add an optional note explaining whyPaused goals don't count toward your 3-goal limit.
How do I link tasks to goals?
When creating or editing a task, you'll see a "Link to Goal" option. Select the relevant goal from your list. This helps you track how daily actions add up to bigger achievements.Circles & Social Features

Zenko uses iCloud to sync your data. Make sure:You're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices
iCloud is enabled (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud)

Notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Zenko → Notifications
Do Not Disturb is not blocking Zenko
